Our Mission is Simple:
Educate. Advocate. Empower.

Justice Watch is a nonprofit organization dedicated to public education, raising awareness and understanding about government transparency, judicial accountability, and voter rights.

We Currently Focus on Two Urgent Issues Impacting Every Pennsylvanian

Cameras in Pennsylvania Courtrooms:

Advocating for public access to courtrooms to enhance transparency, accountability, and public trust in the judicial system.

Free & Equal Elections for All Voters:

Educating the public about PA’s closed primaries, how they block over 1.3 million voters, and why opening primaries is critical for true electoral fairness.

Join the movement, and help us fight for a Pennsylvania where justice and elections belong to the people — all the people.

Bullet Point Information
What They Don’t Want You to Know About Pennsylvania’s Primaries

  • Your taxes pay for primaries — even if you can’t vote in them.
  • Over 1.3 million Pennsylvania voters are locked out every primary election.
  • Independents, unaffiliated, and third-party voters have zero say in who ends up on the ballot.
  • Primaries are where the real decisions are made — before you even get to the general election.
  • Two parties have all the power — everyone else gets silence.
  • This isn’t a flaw in the system — it’s by design.
  • Article 1, Section 5 of the PA Constitution guarantees free & equal elections — this isn’t it.
  • There’s a simple fix — open the primaries to all voters. It’s your vote. It’s your right. It’s your money. Let’s open the doors.

Unity Through Inclusion: Honoring Washington’s Vision for Democracy

In his Farewell Address of 1796, President George Washington emphasized the importance of national unity and warned against the dangers of political factions. He believed that such divisions could lead to despotism and undermine the nation’s stability. Washington stated, “The unity of government which constitutes you one people is a main pillar in the edifice of your real independence.”

This emphasis on unity aligns with the principle of inclusive participation in the electoral process. By opening primary elections to all registered voters, regardless of party affiliation, we can foster a more unified political environment. Such inclusivity ensures that all voices are heard, reducing the risk of factionalism that Washington cautioned against. Source
